I am Nguyen Huyen Anh - General director of Viet Trung company. On behalf of Viet Trung company, I would like to express my deep gratitude to customers who have been using and supporting our services.
I used to be a businessman and spent most of time in the China market long time ago, which helps us understand what the customers want. I had come to China to seek the goods for my store when I was 21. At that time, only the big traders came and there is not much information too. The only thing I have is the phone number of a student studying in Guangzhou. I didn’t know anything like roads, means of transport etc. I'm scared ... After a long time, I arrived in Guangzhou at 4am. The student I know still slept, and I could not call him. I'm really hopeless then. I wish there had been someone, a Vietnamese helping me to find a hotel for taking rest and eating. Suddenly, a thought appeared in my mind. Why do nobody have such a service? Why do not I help people like me know this big market? ...I start thinking about running a company supporting the Vietnamese to trade in Guangzhou in particular and China in general. I had followed that dream for several years. It became more and more intense when I faced with so many difficulties like being stolen in the car or tricked by the interpreters, even the seller exchanged goods without paying. Finally, I did it! I tell you my story to show that it’s not only for business purpose but also for its spiritual value to me.
I am really glad that my colleagues can support you in your business. Getting the good feedback, comments as well as suggesting our company on forums make me so grateful. I feel happy and proud when customers in my hotel talk each other as a "Vietnamese village" in Guangzhou! Whenever I come back Vietnam, I always get warm welcome of every customer like family reunion. For me, you are my family members. Thank you!
However, there have been some bad or even unreal information affecting us on the forums recently. There are many cases like customers do not pay with the reason that they didn’t get their goods while they didn’t inform or tell us before or some customers say that they will pay total at the end of the year etc. We would like to say to them that we will never accept or deal with cases like those ones! Customers have the right to choose the service so we will also have the right to choose the customers! Those customers will never be our target customers! I would also like to send to the competition a message: The tree with the good root will develop well. You should focus on your services rather than playing trick on others. Customers will be wise enough to know what is good for them.
It’s all my deep thought to help you know us clearly. I’m sorry for wasting customers’ precious time. Hopefully, our customers will be with us for a long time. We will try our best to give you the best, cheapest and safest service! Your feedbacks will be the motivation for us to improve and develop more and more in the future.
